The design of “TOPOGRAPHY” was inspired by topographical maps and a curve derived from my alu side table. It incorporates features such as wooden shelves with orange pigment oiling, serving multiple functions such as seating with work surfaces, storage for items like clothing and books, and a staircase to access a bed. The shelves are supported by support posts. The kitchen function is derived from light metal cabinets with openings for windows to maximize light. The metal plates form compartments of 40 x 40 cm each. A curved pathway connects the entrance to the sanitary space, concealed by a wooden panel behind the work/eating area.
A wooden platform at the top shields the bed, and a recurring arch design is evident in elements like the hood, cabinets, seating, sleeping area, staircase, and nightstands.
