Thanks to the concrete walls of this structure, you are completely shielded from the outside world. Designed for the waterfront, the construction can be used horizontally or vertically, depending on the water level. Minimal necessary light filters through small openings. Circulation is facilitated through larger openings in the structure, allowing access to water for cooling, either sheltered within the construction itself or in open water.
